Background

I've worked across digital products, customer operations, and large insurance environments, contributing to work around improving customer journeys, analysing performance, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Through that experience, I became increasingly interested in how systems work behind the scenes — identifying inefficiencies, working with data, and improving decision-making.

What I'm Building

I'm actively building practical data projects using Python, pandas, SQL, and Jupyter. My focus is on creating useful, measurable work based on real-world problems.

I'm also building software tools that solve real problems — from budget tracking apps to calculator websites.

Outside of Work

Outside of technology, I train regularly, read widely, and document parts of my learning journey online.
