I'm currently building skills and projects in data analysis, SQL, Python, and automation while looking for opportunities to contribute to real-world problems and grow in the data field.

Background

I've worked across digital products, customer operations, and large insurance environments, contributing to work around improving customer journeys, analysing performance, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Through that experience, I became increasingly interested in how systems work behind the scenes — identifying inefficiencies, working with data, and improving decision-making.
