Before this change, my website was focused on web development and IT consulting — a broad direction that didn't fully reflect where I want to go long-term.
I've now updated it to reflect a clearer focus: working with data. This is the area I want to build my career in, starting with data analysis and gradually developing toward data engineering.
I'm still early in this path, but I'm approaching it step by step — building skills in SQL, Python, and data analysis through practical projects.
I originally thought web development would be the main route into working independently. Over time, I realised I was more interested in the data and systems side of things — understanding how information flows, how decisions are made, and how to improve processes using data.
The more I work with tools like Python, Jupyter notebooks, and simple data workflows, the more natural this direction feels.
For now, the focus is simple: build real experience, develop strong fundamentals, and grow into the field properly through hands-on work.
